Finding out how much sugar is in products

We found out how much sugar is in some products. For example 18 teaspoons of sugar in a packet of Raro, 12 in Poweraid (that's 12 chocolate chip cookies) and 8 in a small can of coke!
We looked at packaging for cereal and found out the best cereals to buy. Some were really bad for us because they have far too much sugar like Fruitloops, Nutragrain and Cocoapops. Examples of good cereals are Weetbix, cornflakes and rolled oats.

  6. Oh, now I'm never going to buy nutrigrain since there are too many sugars in it. That was new information to me. I hope you learnt something from your lesson about sugar.
